All content, signals, opportunities, and intelligence provided on this platform are for informational purposes only. KalpSetu does not provide financial, legal, investment, or trade advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to enter into any trade, financial transaction, or business arrangement. Users must independently verify all information and consult qualified professionals before making any trade or business decisions. KalpSetu Technologies Private Limited accepts no liability for decisions made based on platform intelligence. Intelligence is sourced from public databases, government portals, AI language models, and third-party data providers including UN Comtrade, World Bank, TED, UNDP, and Perplexity AI. While we strive for accuracy, KalpSetu makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Geopolitical signals and market data change rapidly — always verify independently before acting. Paid subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Refunds are not available for partial months. KalpSetu reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Free trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial end date. All content, software, algorithms, methodology, data architecture, and intelligence systems on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of KalpSetu Technologies Private Limited. The Ground Reality Buffer methodology, Port Friction Index, compliance decision filter sequence, and all associated trade intelligence frameworks are proprietary trade secrets. Reproduction, reverse engineering, scraping, or redistribution of any platform content or methodology is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable Indian IP law. Users agree not to: scrape or systematically extract platform data; share account credentials; use the platform for illegal trade activities; attempt to reverse engineer the intelligence methodology; or use platform intelligence to harm Indian trade interests. Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination without refund. KalpSetu collects: name, email address, and usage data for registered users; trade query data to improve intelligence outputs; payment information processed securely via Razorpay (we do not store card details). We do not sell user data to third parties. User data is stored on Airtable (US-based servers) and processed under our data processing agreements. Users may request deletion of their data by emailing kalpsetuadmin@gmail.com. We comply with the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations. KalpSetu Technologies Private Limited's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the preceding 3 months. KalpSetu is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of trade, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from use of or reliance on platform intelligence. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India. KalpSetu Technologies Private Limited
