- fumigation certificate where required by the importer or importing-country rules
- official inspection before shipment where required by the product or destination authority
- Commercial invoice

- bill of lading or air waybill
- certificate of origin
- export customs declaration or shipping bill
- original phytosanitary certificate
- applicable sanitary or food-safety certificate
- fumigation certificate where required
- import permit or authorization copy where required
Where to get them: IEC: Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India; RCMC: Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), through the DGFT e-RCMC platform; phytosanitary certificate: Plant Quarantine authorities under India’s Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage; fumigation certificate: an approved treatment provider; sanitary or food-safety certificate: the competent Indian authority for the product, including the Export Inspection Council where applicable; Côte d’Ivoire import authorization, importer registration and product clearance: Côte d’Ivoire Directorate of Plant Protection for plant products and the relevant Ivorian sanitary or food-control authority
The exact Ivorian permit and certificate set changes with the commodity, and plant-import requests may need to be submitted to Côte d’Ivoire’s Directorate of Plant Protection before shipment. Côte d’Ivoire reportedly requires original certificates issued by a competent authority to accompany the consignment; missing originals, incorrect commodity-specific permits, or mismatched certificate details can therefore cause clearance delays or refusal.

What this page does not know
- Freight and port costs for your shipment. Carrier rates are not connected yet, so we do not print a freight number here. Put your own quotes into the landed cost calculator; it fills in this duty.
- Your buyer's price. The mandi price is what non-basmati rice costs inside India.
